European Sales Lead
Interface with hundreds of customers directly to source them with the best stock in the region.
Responsibilities
- •Build and maintain relationships with coral collectors across the UK and the wider Europe area
- •Communicate directly with customers to understand their needs and supply them with the best stock
- •Provide aftercare support to customers post-delivery, helping with acclimation advice and ongoing coral care
- •Ensure quality standards are met before sending out stock
Requirements
- •Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- •Ability to work independently and manage multiple relationships
Operations Associate
Help maintain thriving environments for thousands of the rarest corals in Europe. Dispatch coral to hundreds of customers. Minimal human interaction required!
Responsibilities
- •Maintain optimal conditions for coral holding systems
- •Carefully pack and dispatch orders to customers across the UK and Europe
- •Monitor coral health and report any concerns
- •Assist with inventory management and stock organisation
Requirements
- •Valid UK driving licence
- •Dependable and committed to fulfilling dispatch schedules as agreed
- •Self-motivated with strong initiative
